National Leasing Manager – Fitness Franchise Brand
Salary: £60k – £65K plus bonus

We’re looking for a National Leasing Manager to drive growth by securing prime locations across the UK & Ireland. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and shaping leasing strategy to support long-term business success.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the leasing strategy, guiding external partners and franchisees through negotiations.
- Identify and secure high-quality sites using market insights and strong industry connections.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, agents, and developers.
- Track property trends and ensure expansion plans align with market opportunities.
- Support franchisees with advice and guidance on lease terms.
- Represent the brand at industry events and strengthen its presence in the property sector.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in property, leasing, franchising, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in retail, fitness, or hospitality leasing is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into strategy.
- A proactive leader who can balance strategy with hands-on execution.
