STRONG Pilates is a fast-growing, global fitness movement combining rowing and riding with Pilates-inspired resistance training. We are looking for an energetic, ultra-organised, and people-focused Onboarding Manager to guide our franchise partners from signing their agreement to a successful, profitable opening day.
As the Onboarding Manager, you will own the end-to-end franchisee onboarding journey. You will act as the primary point of contact, project mastermind, and brand guardian—ensuring new studios open on time, within budget, and to STRONG's premium operational standards.
Key responsibilities of this exciting new role:
- Induction & Training: Coordinate and deliver the comprehensive induction training program (in-person and virtual). Partner with internal Academy, Marketing, and Performance teams to ensure franchisees are fully equipped to operate.
- Stage 1 (Setup & Planning): Review floor plans for brand compliance and client flow, coordinate vendor relations, manage equipment ordering, and facilitate CRM/tech stack integration.
- Stage 2 (Pre-Opening): Track fit-out and construction progress. Partner with pre-sales, marketing, and academy teams to support membership drives and studio staff recruitment.
- Stage 3 (Launch): Conduct final quality-control checks, finalise tech deployment, and provide high-touch support leading into opening day.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary champion for onboarding franchisees. Build trust, troubleshoot issues swiftly, and conduct regular milestone check-ins.
- Reporting: Maintain real-time tracking of onboarding milestones and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
About you:
- Project Mastery: Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple studio fit-outs simultaneously. A background in Account Management or Customer Service will be favoured as part of the shortlisting process.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build immediate trust with franchisees and internal departments.
- Detail-Obsessed: Sharp focus on quality control, ensuring layout, branding, and operations meet strict brand guidelines.
