Our client is searching for a confident, hands-on Studio Manager to take the lead in launching a brand new beautifully designed, premium Reformer Pilates Studio. This is more than just a management role; this will take ownership of the site's opening and shape the future of the company as they look to grow to more sites.
About the OpportunityThis boutique studio aims to be a market leader within reformer pilates, working with small teams and a network of freelance instructors. As the Studio Manager, you’ll be the face of the business — leading operations, supporting people, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing- Studio Operations
- Take full ownership of the studio’s daily running
- Open, close, and ensure everything operates smoothly
- Manage class schedules, space usage, and equipment readiness
- Keep the studio immaculate, organised, and welcoming
- Team Management
- Coordinate freelance instructors
- Manage rotas, cover, and ongoing communication
- Support onboarding and studio inductions
- Client Experience
- Deliver a premium, front-of-house experience
- Be the go-to for enquiries, feedback, and problem-solving
- Build strong relationships with members to drive retention and studio growth
