Our client is bringing an exciting new fitness concept to the UK and is looking for an ambitious Club Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new club in Marlow.

You'll be the heartbeat of the club — leading your team, creating an exceptional member experience and taking ownership of commercial performance.

The role

You'll be responsible for

  • Leading the day-to-day operation of the club, including service, staffing, safety and cleanliness
  • Driving sales, membership growth, retention and NPS
  • Managing budgets, costs and key KPIs
  • Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team
  • Creating an energetic, positive and performance-focused culture
  • Acting as the local face of the brand and maintaining high standards
  • Working closely with HQ and regional stakeholders to deliver business goals
  • Leading by example and continually looking for ways to improve performance

About you

You're a natural leader with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for people and customer experience.

You'll bring

  • Proven sales experience and a track record of exceeding KPIs
  • Experience in hospitality, leisure or another customer-facing environment
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A hands-on, proactive approach
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • A passion for fitness, health or sport

Fitness industry experience is a bonus, but not essential.
