Join a leading private healthcare clinic where movement is at the heart of our mission. They don’t just “train” clients; we bridge the gap between injury recovery and high-level performance. • Grow the Service: Contribute to team training and the ongoing development of our movement methodologies.

What's in it for you?

  • Unrivalled Time Off: Enjoy a competitive package including 6.5 weeks of holiday, rising to 7.5 weeks with service.
  • A Culture of Learning: Access dedicated training budgets, formal mentorship, and a structured induction from day one.
  • Total Well-being: Benefit from free weekly classes, 50% off clinical services, and free counselling support for you and your immediate family.
  • Social & Connected: Be part of a genuine community, from annual team trips to legendary Christmas parties and informal catch‑ups.

About you

We are seeking a growth‑oriented professional who thrives in a clinical environment. Ideally, you will bring:

  • A degree in Exercise Science, Strength & Conditioning, and/or Level 3 PT and/or a qualification in Pilates Instruction (Reformer experience is a bonus!)
  • Proven experience delivering group and 1:1 sessions with a heavy focus on technique and injury prevention preferred.
  • The confidence to coach people of all ages and abilities, from those in early rehab to athletic performance.
  • A collaborative spirit and a full UK driving licence.
