We’re recruiting a Marketing Manager for a leading premium travel and adventure operator. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer experience for a company delivering world-class tours worldwide. This role is ideal for a digital-first, commercially minded marketer who thrives on combining creativity, analytics, and results-driven campaigns.
You’ll manage internal marketing resources, work with external agencies, and lead all aspects of marketing from brand storytelling to performance campaigns.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the brand, messaging, and end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Manage CRM (HubSpot) and marketing automation to improve lead nurturing, conversion, and ROI.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, social, email) with agency partners.
- Provide creative direction for content, imagery, video, and copywriting.
- Build partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Mentor a Marketing Associate and oversee agency relationships.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, managing budget and analytics to drive results.
About you:
- 4–6 years in digital-first or growth-focused marketing, ideally in travel, lifestyle, leisure, or premium consumer sectors.
- Strong skills in CRM and automation (HubSpot preferred), performance marketing, analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager), and creative direction.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and brand-building capabilities.
- Commercially minded, hands-on, proactive, and collaborative.
- Experienced managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
