You will ideally be based in or around London, Birmingham or Manchester.
Our client is a market-leading specialist in the design, build and delivery of premium fitness and wellness spaces and are looking to bring on a partnership manager to expand their footprint in the corporate, hospitality and high-end residential developments market. You will ideally have a solid knowledge within this space and be well connected, looking to make a real impact in a company as they go through tremendous growth.
Key responsibilities:- Growing and deepening existing relationships with major property and asset management.
- Unlocking growth that hasn’t yet been realised simply due to time and bandwidth.
- Driving new business across corporate offices, hospitality groups and residential developments.
- Acting as the sector expert internally – educating the wider team, sharing insight, contacts and best practice.
- Playing a visible role in shaping how the business operates.
- Come from corporate, hospitality or residential development.
- Have a strong understanding, and as an advantage a credible network in this world.
- Understand how deals are done across consultants, developers, asset managers and operators.
- Are comfortable opening doors, nurturing long-term partnerships and adding real value.
- Want to build something properly, not just inherit a job title.
Location is flexible. Most projects are in London, Manchester and Birmingham – but for the right person with the ability and willingness to travel, so ideally you will be based around one of these.
