Our client is seeking a Group Creative Lead to shape and deliver a compelling creative vision across multiple international markets. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and hands-on creative leader who can define brand expression at a group level while still contributing directly to key campaigns and initiatives.
Initially, the role will combine creative leadership with hands-on execution, particularly supporting priority campaigns in the UK. Over time, the focus will increasingly shift towards scaling creative capability, systems and governance across the group as the business expands into new markets.
- Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Define and evolve the group-wide creative vision and brand expression across current and future markets.
- Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistency while allowing for local market relevance.
- Translate brand strategy into clear creative principles, design systems and brand guidelines.
- Build a collaborative, high-performance creative culture.
- Set clear workflows, expectations and quality standards.
- Partner with marketing leaders to prioritise projects and balance group and local needs.
- Develop scalable creative systems, templates and asset libraries.
- Ensure efficient use of internal teams and external creative partners.

- Support the management of external creative agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across local and group teams.
- Contribute to wider brand and marketing leadership discussions.
Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role combining strategy and hands-on execution. Strong background in brand-led design across digital and physical channels. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality creative work while leading and mentoring teams. Experience building scalable creative systems, frameworks or design operations. Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Figma and AirTable advantageous). Passion for health, fitness or wellness brands is advantageous.
