About the Role
As a Senior Management Accountant, you’ll take ownership of multiple sites and central functions, delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting that drives business performance. You’ll act as a key partner to operational teams and senior leaders, translating financial data into meaningful actions. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility alongside collaboration with a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of management accounts across multiple sites and central functions
- Preparation of monthly P&Ls and balance sheets with clear commentary
- Management of accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Business partnering with senior leadership and operational teams
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Reviewing AP ledgers, fixed assets, and intercompany balances
- Supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance
- Coaching and developing junior team members
About You
- London-based (essential)
- 5+ years’ experience in a multi-site or multi-entity environment
- Qualified or nearly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving business
