- Leading the monthly management accounts process across a multi‑site operation.

- Fully qualified ACCA status.
- Previous experience as a Finance Controller or in a senior finance leadership position.
- Strong multi‑site finance experience, ideally gained within hospitality, leisure, retail or another fast‑moving consumer business.
- Experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Outstanding commercial acumen and the confidence to influence stakeholders at every level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility across operational and senior leadership teams.
- The flexibility to work from the Kings Cross office twice each week.
