London (Hybrid) | Kings Cross – Two Days Per Week

If you're looking for a Finance Analyst role where your job is simply to produce reports, this isn't it.

We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who wants to influence decisions, challenge performance and play a key role in the growth of a fast‑paced, multi‑site business.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation where finance is a true business partner.

You'll work closely with senior leaders across the business, turning data into insight and helping shape commercial decisions that drive performance across a growing portfolio of sites.

If you enjoy working with people as much as numbers and thrive in a business that moves quickly, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll become an integral part of the commercial finance team, providing the insight and analysis that supports strategic decision‑making across the business.

You'll work across multiple sites, partnering with operational leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities and challenge assumptions.

Your work won't stay within finance—it will influence decisions across the wider business.

This is a highly visible role with genuine scope to develop your career as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver insightful financial analysis across a multi‑site operation.
  • Produce meaningful weekly and monthly performance reporting for senior leadership.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
  • Analyse revenue, labour, margin and EBITDA performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Build financial models that support strategic projects, investment decisions and business growth.
  • Partner with operational teams to improve commercial performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop reporting that tells the story behind the numbers, not just the numbers themselves.
  • Support improvements in reporting automation and business intelligence tools.
  • Present financial information confidently to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical finance skills with commercial curiosity.

You'll bring

  • Fully qualified ACCA.
  • Experience within a Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Analyst role.
  • Multi‑site finance experience, ideally gained within hospitality, leisure, retail or another fast‑moving consumer business.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate financial information clearly to operational teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • The flexibility to travel to the Kings Cross office twice each week.

Why Join?

This is a business that's full of energy, ambition and personality.

You'll work with passionate people who enjoy what they do, celebrate success and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.

It's a business where ideas are welcomed, finance has a genuine voice at the table and you'll have the opportunity to make a real commercial impact.

If you're looking for a role where you'll build relationships, influence decisions and develop your career in a high‑growth, multi‑site environment, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

This isn't just another Commercial Finance Analyst role.

It's an opportunity to help shape the future of an ambitious business while accelerating your own career.
