You will ideally be based in or around London, Birmingham or Manchester.

Our client is a market-leading specialist in the design, build and delivery of premium fitness and wellness spaces and are looking to bring on a Business Development Executive to expand their footprint in the corporate, hospitality and high-end residential developments market. Key responsibilities:
  • Unlocking growth that hasn’t yet been realised simply due to time and bandwidth.
  • Researching new business opportunities across corporate offices, hospitality groups and residential developments.
  • Becoming a sector expert — understanding the right events, connections, sector knowledge etc. that you need to be across.
  • Playing a visible role in shaping how the business operates.
What we’re looking for:
  • Come from corporate, hospitality or residential development ideally. You could also come from a fitness industry sales background and looking for a new challenge.
  • Are comfortable opening doors, nurturing partnerships and adding real value.
  • Want to build something properly, not just inherit a job title.
  • Location is flexible. Most projects are in London, Manchester and Birmingham — but for the right person with the ability and willingness to travel, so ideally you will be based around one of these.
