We are now recruiting for a commercially driven Head of Performance – UK & Europe to lead REP Fitness’ expansion within the elite sport and higher education sectors. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with professional sports organisations, governing bodies, universities, and high-performance training facilities across the UK and Europe.

Some of the key Responsibilities of this truly exciting new opportunity:
- Market development: Drive REP’s growth and reputation within elite sport, higher education, and the S&C community across the UK and Europe
- Business Development: Develop a strong pipeline of performance-sector opportunities by engaging key stakeholders like performance directors and S&C coaches
- Secure high-value partnerships with leading performance organisations and academic institutions
- Strategic Account Management: Build long-term relationships with key partners and support facility development projects for new training and performance centres
- Identify opportunities to expand product deployment within existing partner organisations
- Industry Engagement: Represent REP Fitness at industry events and build relationships with influential practitioners in high-performance sport
- Drive brand awareness and reputation within the strength and conditioning community across UK and Europe
About you:
- Commercial Expertise: Proven success in B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial development, specifically delivering large equipment projects or facility developments
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with elite sport organisations, governing bodies, or university performance programs, backed by a background in strength and conditioning environments is a huge benefit. You must at least come from an extensive fitness industry supplier background ideally within fitness equipment
- Strategic Relationship Building: A strategic thinker with the expert communication and negotiation skills needed to build long-term credibility with coaches, performance staff, and institutional decision-makers
- Autonomous & Self-Motivated: Proven ability to operate effectively and stay driven while working in a remote, independent capacity
