General Manager – Indoor Hospitality Experience Venue
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Performance Bonuses
Are you an experienced operational leader ready to take charge of a high-energy, customer-focused venue? We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of a large, multi-faceted indoor hospitality experience venue. About the Role
As General Manager, you will have full accountability for the performance and operational excellence of the venue. You will lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team to deliver exceptional service, maintain the highest safety standards, and create memorable experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and effective venue management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across customer service, operations, and support areas
- Deliver consistently high levels of guest satisfaction through attention to detail and proactive service
- Drive commercial performance, control costs, and meet or exceed revenue targets
- Oversee all health and safety procedures and maintain compliance with internal and external standards
- Manage stock, staffing schedules, reporting, and on-site logistics
- Build strong local partnerships and actively represent the venue within the community
- Support initiatives to grow customer loyalty and repeat business
