We have a brilliant new opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join the wonderful and newly merged team at Merrithew/ Align-Pilates within the UK. This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone with a strong background in fitness industry sales with a true hunter mentality, natural flair for relationship building and true passion for the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demonstrations to closing and follow-up.
- Utilise CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecasting, and close rates.
- Build trusted relationships with fitness club operators, hospitality chains, and rehab clinics.
- Act as a point of contact for key regional and national accounts.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations, acting as a subject-matter expert.
- Flexibility with national travel and to attend trade shows, represent the brand where required for the right opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
A bit about you:
- You are an autonomous, high-energy candidate who lives our values of Community, Passion, Boldness, and Accountability.
- You have 3+ years of experience in field sales or business development within the fitness industry.
- You possess an established network of contacts within the fitness club segment.
- You have a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a highly autonomous, field-based role.
- You are willing and able to travel extensively, including occasional international travel.
- You have excellent negotiation and presentation abilities and are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
