Anytime Fitness seeks a Franchise Performance Coach to support a portfolio of franchisees, acting as their trusted partner to drive revenue, profitability and operational excellence. You will travel to clubs, perform in-person visits, analyse P&Ls and KPIs, and coach leaders to raise business maturity while upholding brand standards and AF systems.
You will deliver training, engage with AF Academy, and represent the brand at regional events, maintaining high accountability and professionalism.
