Role Overview

As the Operations Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the gyms. This individual will lead a team of regional managers and general managers, driving operational standards and compliance while managing budgets and enhancing profitability. This is an all-rounder role that requires a deep understanding of people, products, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all sites, ensuring exceptional service, cleanliness, and member experience.
  • Lead and support site managers, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and performance standards.
  • Drive operational standards and compliance with health & safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets and operational efficiency, controlling costs and improving profitability.
  • Implement growth and expansion plans, overseeing new club openings and refurbishments.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong operational background with experience in multi-site management.
  • Proactive leadership style, ideally with a military background.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
