Our client is a premium fitness and wellness design and build consultancy, creating world-class training spaces across the sector. With a core business that is booming, they are now also entering an incredibly exciting phase of growth and launching their own premium flagship fitness and wellness concept with the flagship club due to open in 2026.
We are now recruiting for a versatile, creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing strategy for both the core business and the new operational fitness and wellness concept. You will be a "department of one" initially, responsible for everything from high-level brand strategy to daily social media content creation. This is a remote role, but you will be the heartbeat of the digital presence.
Key Responsibilities of this fantastic job in fitness:
- Lead Generation & Strategy
- B2B (Design & Build): Drive high-quality leads from gym owners, developers, and architects through targeted LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, email marketing and other relevant channels.
- B2C (New Facility): Develop and execute a "founding member" pre-launch campaign to drive memberships and footfall for the new fitness space.
- Funnel Management: Create and optimise landing pages and lead magnets to convert social media traffic into tangible business enquiries.
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow the LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok accounts for both brands.
- Produce high-quality content: from "behind-the-scenes" site builds and architectural reveals to high-energy workout content and trainer spotlights for the club.
- Stay ahead of fitness trends to ensure our brands remain relevant and "shareable" within the wellness community.
- Website & Brand Management
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of both brand websites, ensuring SEO is optimised and copy is compelling.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all visual assets and communications align with our premium aesthetic.
- Coordinate with external freelancers (videographers/graphic designers) where necessary to produce top-tier assets.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on KPIs (Lead cost, engagement rates, conversion rates).
- Use data to pivot strategies, ensuring marketing spend is always delivering a high ROI.
About you:
- Industry Expertise: You must have 2–3 years of marketing experience specifically within the fitness or wellness sector. You understand the "language" of the gym floor and the business of wellness.
- All-Rounder Skillset: You are equally comfortable writing a white paper for LinkedIn as you are editing a trending Reel or TikTok.
- Lead-Gen Focused: You don’t just care about "likes"; you are obsessed with how social media translates into new business and club memberships.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with CMS (WordPress/Squarespace), email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and design tools (Canva/Adobe Express) or other.
- Self-Starter: As this is a remote role, you must be disciplined, highly organised, and capable of managing two distinct brand identities simultaneously.
Benefits of this exciting new role:
- Dual-Impact Role: The rare opportunity to market both a B2B consultancy and a B2C fitness launch.
- Autonomy: You will have a seat at the table and the freedom to shape the marketing department from the ground up.
- Flexibility: 100% remote working with a supportive, fitness-forward team.
- Growth: As the new facility opens and the core business grows, your role has the potential to grow into a Head of Marketing position.
- Bonus and earning potential: this role comes with fantastic OTE and benefits.
