Communtiy Manager/Events Specialist
📍 Location: Bishops Avenue
💼 Salary: £50,000 + Bonus
🕒 Hours: Primarily Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

As our Events Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind a full calendar of exciting and engaging events that foster a strong community spirit among residents. You'll split your time between collaborating with the internal team and working alongside the sales team to attract prospective residents through larger showcase events.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Culture Building: Develop a resident-led culture of participation, creativity, and community ownership of the events calendar.
- Hosting: Plan and execute a mix of everyday events and high-profile occasions featuring guest speakers and special themes.
- Community Integration: Help residents feel at home, connected, and part of a vibrant, welcoming community.
- Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams and residents to continuously evolve the events programme with fresh, forward-thinking ideas.
- Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain a dynamic and varied events calendar with seamless delivery.

- Work closely with the in-house General Management team and residents
- Collaborate with the external sales team to attract new community members
- Report directly to the Site GM
