They have a fantastic culture and reputation in the industry and we are now looking for a Sales Account Manager to own the London territory. On offer for the successful candidate is an industry leading commission structure, amazing culture and the potential to stay on and continue to grow with this incredible brand!
As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a motivated and proactive professional with a passion for fitness and a proven track record in sales.
In this exciting role you will be:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial gyms, corporate wellness, and home fitness sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gym owners, personal trainers, and fitness industry professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand visibility and awareness.
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.
About you:
- You must have at least 2 years+ experience in a field sales management role, preferably within the fitness, sports, or health industry. Fitness equipment sales background will be highly favoured as part of the application process.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of fitness equipment and industry trends.
- This role requires regular travel so you must be flexible there and have a full UK drivers license.
- Experience in the fitness sector is preferable, a passion for fitness is a must!
