This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.
- Sales & Retention – Drive membership growth and retention efforts including a presale phase, focusing on community building and corporate memberships in the local area.
- Community Events – Organize local events to engage members and attract new clients.
- Local Business Outreach – Build partnerships with local businesses.
- Corporate Wellness Programme delivery - Build database of corporates offering corporate wellness programmes with PTs and group membership packages.
