Our client is a leading leisure operator with ambitious expansion plans over the next few years, and they're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to take charge of service and operations at their flagship Acton site.

Customer experience sits at the heart of everything they do, and their management teams live and breathe it every single day.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the venue, leading a team through service, sales and operations while keeping both staff and guests safe.

Five days per week on a rota basis, including weekends and some evenings, in line with the demands of a seven-day leisure operation.

Experience

You're an Assistant Manager or Operations Manager working in a multi-faceted, fast-moving, customer-facing business, whether that's a health club, family entertainment centre, trampoline park, bowling venue or similar leisure operation.

You're driven by delivering an amazing experience for every guest and have a genuine passion for customer service and health and safety.
