We're looking for a Padel Community & Coaching Lead to help launch a brand-new club in Chesterfield.

This isn't your typical management role.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a thriving padel community, become the face of the club and help introduce more people to one of the UK's fastest-growing sports.

You'll be organising leagues and events, growing the club's social media presence, welcoming new players and creating an incredible atmosphere every single day.

Already a qualified padel coach? Brilliant.

Not qualified yet? We'll fund your coaching qualification and give you the opportunity to earn additional income through private coaching.
