With a strong presence along the South Coast and exciting expansion plans, we’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of sites. The Role
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you’ll oversee a portfolio of venues, ensuring each one delivers exceptional guest experiences while achieving strong commercial results. You’ll work closely with your General Managers to build high-performing teams, maintain operational excellence, and elevate every aspect of the guest journey.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading, developing and inspiring General Managers across your region
- Driving performance across all revenue streams, including food, beverage and experiences
- Ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards and operational excellence
- Using data and insight to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Building strong, engaged teams with a clear focus on development and succession
- Supporting new site openings and business growth initiatives
- Acting as a key link between operations and central support functions
About You
- Proven multi-site experience within leisure or hospitality
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
- Passionate about guest experience and premium service standards
- A confident, credible leader who develops and retains great people
- Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable operating at pace
- Flexible and willing to travel across the South
