Our client is searching for a confident, hands-on Studio Manager to take the lead in launching a brand new beautifully designed, premium Reformer Pilates Studio. This is more than just a management role; this will take ownership of the site's opening and shape the future of the company as they look to grow to more sites.

This boutique studio aims to be a market leader within reformer pilates, working with small teams and a network of freelance instructors. As the Studio Manager, you’ll be the face of the business — leading operations, supporting people, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Studio Operations
- Take full ownership of the studio’s daily running
- Open, close, and ensure everything operates smoothly
- Manage class schedules, space usage, and equipment readiness
- Keep the studio immaculate, organised, and welcoming
- Team Management
- Coordinate freelance instructors
- Manage rotas, cover, and ongoing communication
- Support onboarding and studio inductions
- Client Experience
- Deliver a premium, front-of-house experience
- Be the go-to for enquiries, feedback, and problem-solving
- Build strong relationships with members to drive retention and studio growth

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in Reformer Pilates
