Assistant General Manager – Activity Park Venue

Looking for your next step in active leisure management? We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, energetic Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day running of our vibrant activity park in Wilmslow.

From high-energy parties and unforgettable events to food & beverage and daily operations, this is an opportunity to lead from the front, inspire teams, and deliver amazing experiences for families, friends, and school groups alike.

What is the role?

Leading and supporting teams across multiple departments: Front of House, Park Operations, Events & Parties, and F&B.

Ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service throughout the site.

Stepping into any role as needed – you're confident on the floor, in the kitchen, and with customers.

Driving team performance, safety, and operational excellence.

Helping manage rotas, stock, standards, and compliance.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience in leisure, hospitality, or events management.
  • Confident multitasker – adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • A team player with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and school holidays as needed – full flexibility is essential.
