Assistant General Manager in Harlow – Leisure Attraction Brand
Salary: £29636 + bonus

I am recruiting for an incredible leisure brand that have over 30 sites in the UK and are still growing. They offer a fantastic product and have an amazing working culture and progression potential. This is a leisure job not to be missed!
We are looking for exceptional managers, who can manage the day to day operations, from safety, Brand standards, staffing, training and development also well as financial compliance and food and beverage operations. You will be driven by delivering an amazing experience to our customers in an environment where no 2 days are the same.
What do we need from you?
- At least 2 years’ management experience within the Leisure/Hospitality Industry
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Enthusiastic and proactive – you must be able to think on your feet
- The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
- Results driven
- Approachable by customers and your team
The Package
- This is a full-time position, shifts are based on 42.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Sunday, including weekends and late evenings. Flexibility is vital for this role and you will be expected to have 1 in 3 weekends off
- A basic salary of up to £29.6k
- A genuine and highly achievable opportunity to earn performance related bonuses
