The Role
- The day‑to‑day running of the facilities
- Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver
- Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance
- Strong focus on standards and levels of service; deliver upon these
The Person
- Experienced manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience running their own department or club
- Understanding about the levels of service needed to make the business a success
- Experience in high‑end club management, with a passion for fitness
- Strong leader and people motivator, able to get the best from a team and willing to roll up sleeves when needed
- Sales experience ideal; backgrounds in club management, fitness management and operations management within high‑end facilities
