We are looking for an outstanding assistant manager to work with a well renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry. This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.
The Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of the facilities.
- Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently go above and beyond to deliver.
- Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance.
- Focus on standards and levels of service, delivering upon this.
The Person
- Experienced manager with a high level of experience running a department or club, understanding the levels of service needed to succeed.
- Worked in high-end club management and has a real passion for it.
- Strong leader and people motivator, able to get the best from a team and willing to roll up sleeves when needed.
- Sales experience ideal; background in club management, fitness management, and operations management within high-end facilities.
