I am recruiting for a really exciting fitness job in the Hitchin area. We are recruiting for a sales and retention specialist for an independent fitness operator who has fantastic expansion plans for the next 1-2 years. This is a really exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate from the fitness industry who wants a role where they can design and implement sales and marketing strategies with great progression opportunities.
In this exciting fitness job, you will be supporting an independent gym that boasts top of the range equipment, Hyrox partnerships and is a real hub of the community. This will include creating and following a sales/marketing plan, conducting sales tours and doing local corporate activity. You will also be responsible for the overall sales target and will support the club with basic operations as well.
I am extremely keen to speak to candidates who have sales experience in the fitness industry! Ideally, you will be working as a club manager, sales manager, general manager, deputy manager or assistant manager.
