The Role We’re looking for a qualified Sports Massage Therapist to join our team for 8 hours per week, with room to expand as demand grows. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients' training journeys by delivering high-quality massage and recovery treatments. You’ll collaborate closely with our personal trainers to provide a joined-up, client-centred approach to fitness, injury prevention, and wellbeing. Your work will be a core part of our holistic ethos. What You'll Do * Provide sports massage and recovery treatments to clients * Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records * Collaborate with personal trainers to support client progression and recovery * Create a welcoming, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients * Champion accessibility, particularly for minority genders, trans clients, and people with diverse needs * Help grow the service as demand increases About You * Qualified in Sports Massage Therapy (Level 3 minimum) * Insured (if self-employed) and up-to-date with professional development * Passionate about inclusive practice and trauma-informed care * Comfortable working within a gym environment and as part of a team * Reliable, professional, and great with people * Committed to our core values of equity, empowerment, and community Salary Options * Employed: £8,320/year based on 8 hours/week * Self-employed: 50/50 revenue split We’ll work with you to choose the model that suits you best.
