Turn your passion into a career with Lifestyle Fitness. We’re looking for ambitious, driven fitness professionals to join our team as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach. This role gives you the best of both worlds: the freedom to build your own successful PT business, combined with guaranteed paid hours as a Fitness Coach. What You’ll Do

  • Personal Trainer (self‑employed)
    • Build and grow your client base with the support of Lifestyle Fitness.
    • Deliver inspiring, safe and results‑driven 1:1 and small group sessions.
    • Design tailored training plans and track progress.
    • Market your services in‑club and online to attract and retain clients.
    • Keep up to date with fitness trends and CPD to enhance your offering.
  • Fitness Coach (part‑time employed 12 hours)
    • Engage with members on the gym floor, providing support, guidance and motivation.
    • Deliver engaging group classes and inductions.
    • Support new member onboarding, gym tours and membership queries.
    • Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
    • Be a key part of our club team, supporting retention and member experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (CIMSPA/REPs recognised).
  • Level 2 Gym Instructor as a minimum for the Fitness Coach element.
  • A people‑person with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Self‑motivated, with the drive to build your PT business.
  • Professional, reliable and committed to high standards.
