Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per year (depending on experience) plus commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations
  • Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and membership conversions
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members, answering enquiries, and providing studio tours
  • Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness
  • Ensure high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and safety
  • Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided)
  • Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail sales preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized
  • Confident using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to close sales
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
  • A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping people achieve their goals
Compensation & Perks
