What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruitment
    • Proactively source, screen, and interview personal trainer candidates.
    • Build strong relationships with training providers, colleges, and industry networks.
    • Manage job postings, applications, and onboarding processes through our CRM system.
    • Work closely with marketing to ensure recruitment efforts are effective and targeted.
  • Development
    • Lead engaging onboarding sessions and workshops for new trainers.
    • Provide continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities and mentorship.
    • Organise regional hub sessions, training events, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Retention
    • Conduct regular check‑ins with trainers, offering support and guidance.
    • Work alongside gym operators to foster a positive and motivating environment.
    • Analyse recruitment and retention data to implement effective strategies.
