Property Development Manager – Fitness Franchise
£55-60k (experience dependent) plus OTE
National/ remote/ on the road role with 1-2 days a week in London based office
Our client is a leading fitness brand and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Property Development Manager to join the team and help drive their expansion. As the Property Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of property development projects, from site feasibility to construction and opening of new gyms. Key Responsibilities of this exciting new role:
- Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all property development initiatives
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, legal teams, and local authorities to streamline project approvals and execution
- Quality Assurance: Oversee construction activities to ensure high standards of quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance to senior management.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
About you:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property development, project management, or real estate
- Solid knowledge of construction process/ relevant degree in construction preferred
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of local property markets and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
