About Us
At Ginger Wellness Collective, we deliver premium wellness experiences directly to clients in the comfort of their homes across Abu Dhabi. Our services include:
- Pilates
- Strength training
- Yoga
- Mobility coaching
- Prenatal & postnatal wellness
We provide everything needed for each session — mats, weights, music, and aromatherapy — allowing our instructors to focus on delivering an exceptional, luxury experience every time.
The Role
This is a full-time, Abu Dhabi-based role ideal for someone looking to grow their career internationally while enjoying an excellent work-life balance and tax-free earnings. You’ll deliver:
- Private 1:1 Pilates sessions
- Small group classes (maximum 4 clients)
You’ll work from professionally designed class structures while bringing your own personality, energy, and coaching style to every session.
What’s Included
- £2,000–£2,650 per month tax-free
- Company car provided
- Maximum 30 sessions per week (typically around 25)
- Fridays and Saturdays off
- One complimentary paid hotel stay in Dubai or Abu Dhabi every 8 weeks

- Hold a Mat Pilates qualification
- Have excellent communication and client-care skills
- Understand anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention
- Enjoy creating a warm, professional, high-end client experience
- Are physically fit and comfortable transporting equipment (20–25kg)
- Are culturally aware, adaptable, and professional
