We’re hiring a female Pilates Instructor to join our growing team of instructors at Ginger Wellness Collective in Abu Dhabi.
About Us
Ginger Wellness Collective delivers premium wellness experiences directly to clients’ homes across Abu Dhabi. Our services include:
- Pilates
- Strength training
- Yoga
- Mobility coaching
- Prenatal & postnatal wellness
We provide all equipment — mats, weights, music, and aromatherapy — creating a seamless luxury experience for every client.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You’ll deliver:
- 1:1 private Pilates sessions
- Small group classes (maximum 4 clients)
You’ll follow pre-designed class plans while bringing your own energy, professionalism, and client care to every session.
Package
- Salary: AED 10,000-13,000 per month (take home, tax free)
- Company car available
- Maximum 30 classes per week (typically around 25)
- Minimum one full day off weekly
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Mat Pilates qualification
- Has strong client-facing and communication skills
- Understands anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention
- Can create a warm, professional, luxury client experience
- Is physically fit and comfortable carrying equipment (20‑25kg)
- Is respectful and culturally aware within the UAE
