Jetts Fitness Clapham Road is a 24-hour gym offering a full range of functional, strength and cardio equipment alongside a packed group fitness timetable. We are a close-knit team that takes real pride in the club and the experience we give our members every single day.

We are looking for a Membership Consultant & Front of House team member to join us. This is a people-first role at the heart of the club — you will be the first impression Jetts makes on every member and visitor who walks through the door.

What the role involves:

  • Front of house & customer service: You will be the welcoming face of Jetts Clapham — greeting members and visitors, handling enquiries in person and over the phone, and making sure every interaction reflects our values. The desk should always feel covered, professional and warm.
  • Membership sales: You will conduct tours of the club, present membership options with confidence and convert prospective members on the day. We follow up on leads, engage with people who enquire and ensure no walk-in ever leaves without a next step in place.
  • Social media & content: You will contribute to the club's social media presence — creating and posting content that reflects the community and energy of Jetts Clapham. Whether that is member stories, class highlights or day-to-day culture, you will help bring the club to life online.
  • Club standards: You will help keep the club clean, tidy and well-presented throughout your shift and complete daily admin tasks as required. We are a small team and everyone plays their part in keeping things running smoothly.

What we are looking for:

  • Confident, warm and professional in person and on the phone.
  • Comfortable with sales — you can have a natural conversation with a prospective member and guide them to a decision.
  • Some experience with social media content — you don't need to be a professional creator, but you enjoy it and have an eye for what works.
  • Reliable and punctual — you show up ready and take your responsibilities seriously.
  • A team player who is flexible and willing to roll their sleeves up.
  • A genuine interest in health and fitness — you don't need a fitness qualification but you should feel at home in a gym.

The role:

  • Pay: £13.50 per hour
  • Hours: 20–30 hours per week
  • Shifts: Evening and weekend availability is essential — please only apply if you can commit to this.
  • Reporting to: Club Manager

If you are looking for a role where you make a genuine impact, work with a great team and be part of a growing gym community — we would love to hear from you. To apply, send your CV and a brief note on why this role is right for you. Only candidates who meet the above criteria will be contacted.
