- Product – maintain and champion the gym facilities, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and engaged.
- Commercial – raise the club’s profile through testing, events and local engagement, driving new memberships and secondary spend such as personal training.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Background in fitness industry management (e.g., General Manager, Club Manager, Fitness Manager, Deputy/Assistant Manager or Sales Manager).
- Personal Trainer qualification to Level 3 (or equivalent; outside‑industry candidates must demonstrate transferable experience).
- High energy, strong personality and ambition; soft skills and character are essential.
Career Progression: This role offers advancement to a larger General Manager position or a Cluster Manager role.
