Focus Fitness is seeking a Full Time Fitness Tutor and Assessor based in London, offering a salary of £26,000-£32,000 (based on experience) plus bonus and excellent benefits including 1 day working from home.
The role involves delivering and assessing high quality courses in accordance with standards, ensuring compliance with planning and evaluation requirements, and guiding learners through their portfolio to complete units accurately and on time. You will also monitor learner's Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and ensure all paperwork is completed.
Key Responsibilities:

Must Haves:

- Level 3 Award in education and training.
- Availability to work weekends.
Desirable qualifications include Level 2 / 3 / 4 in Delivering Information, Advice and Guidance, Level 3 Assessors award, Level 3 / 4 SEN Qualification, and Level 4 IQA Qualification.
