Our client is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of training across their franchise network. This role blends facilitation, content creation, LMS management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive performance, consistency, and growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging in-person training sessions in London and across UK & Ireland locations
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars
  • Plan and deliver key training events, including annual L&D events and internal training days
  • Create and maintain training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage the Learning Management System, including reporting on engagement and completion
  • Develop digital learning content (Articulate 360 preferred)
  • Identify training needs and continuously improve learning programmes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business goals

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (in-person and virtual)
  • Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics
  • Skilled in creating training materials and SOPs
  • Digital content creation experience (Articulate 360 desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
