The Opportunity

As Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of established, high‑value client accounts generating significant recurring revenue. You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating supplier agreements, and ensuring long‑term account success. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship‑led environment, enjoys commercial negotiations, and can confidently manage complex accounts while working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders.

How the Account Progression Works

Accounts transition into the Key Account Management team once they reach a defined revenue and scale threshold. You’ll inherit warm, established accounts with full account history and existing relationships already in place.

  • Strengthening and expanding client relationships
  • Managing supplier negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Driving account growth and retention
  • Supporting long‑term strategic account development
  • Identifying new opportunities across existing clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value client accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance meetings
  • Ensure excellent client experience and long‑term retention
  • Commercial & Strategic Growth
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and commercial terms
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts
  • Monitor account performance and pipeline opportunities
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with internal sales and operations teams
  • Support smooth account transitions into the KAM function
  • Escalate and resolve key client issues effectively
  • Provide insight and feedback to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Key Accounts, or B2B Sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercially minded with a consultative approach
  • Confident managing multiple high‑value accounts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely/hybrid
