Gym and Spa Duty Manager
Location: Salford, Manchester
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 10 hours a week
Hours: available hours to be discussed (Mon-Sun) with additional personal training
We are looking for a Duty Manager who will thrive in a luxury spa environment and provide our residents with an unforgettable experience. You will be responsible for opening and closing the facility, delivering group exercise classes, personal training, and other services, ensuring excellent service and resident satisfaction.
The role includes:
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Promoting a thriving community within the spa
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa during your shift
- Actively seeking new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base
- Collaborating with the wider residential estate team to provide a first-class residents experience
- Providing Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets
Requirements:
- REPs Level 3 qualification (Level 2 considered)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Previous experience within luxury gym/spa/hotel markets
Desirable attributes:
- Experience within luxury gym/spa/hotel markets
- First aid and pool safety certification
