The Role
- As General Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day‑to‑day operation of the venue, leading a large team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving revenue, profitability and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the venue's P&L performance.
- Leading, coaching and developing a large management and frontline team.
- Driving revenue growth through exceptional guest experiences and commercial initiatives.
- Managing budgets, labour, stock and operational costs.
- Maintaining the highest standards across customer service, health & safety and venue presentation.
- Building relationships within the local community to increase awareness and generate new business.
- Delivering memorable events and experiences that keep guests coming back.
- Creating a positive, inclusive culture where people feel valued and supported.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Leader within leisure, hospitality or a similar customer‑focused environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- A proven track record of leading and developing large teams.
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in driving local marketing, partnerships or community engagement would be highly beneficial.
