We are looking for exceptional commercially-minded candidates, who have experience managing in the boutique space, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets/KPIs. You will be passionate about Pilates, service standards and prepared to lead from the front.
What will you be doing?
- As the Studio Manager, you’ll be managing the club as your own.
- You must have a real passion for the industry, enjoy motivating members and nurturing a community-led member base.
- Driving sales and new membership activity is very important as well as delivering quality coaching.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Directors to ensure membership growth and retention.
- Drive the membership sales and overall revenue of your studio.
- Engage the local community to drive awareness.
- Manage the daily operations of the studio.
- Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop a dynamic team of Pilates instructors.
- Develop an authentic, inclusive community within the studio for both members and staff.
