This is a part-time Front of House and Membership Sales role that combines member service, administration, and sales support into one varied and rewarding position. You will be responsible for:
- Greeting every member and guest warmly, confidently, and professionally
- Handling membership enquiries, booking tours, and following up with leads
- Delivering a seamless front desk experience, including check-ins, messages, payments, and basic administration
- Supporting new members through their first visits and helping them feel part of the Fitness Space community
- Keeping the gym clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
- Taking ownership of daily tasks and staying proactive during quieter periods
- Contributing to the energy, standards, and culture of the club alongside the wider team
We’re looking for someone reliable, switched-on, and confident under pressure. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in customer-facing roles (fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales)
- Communicate clearly and naturally in person, over the phone, and via messaging
- Remain calm, composed, and solution-focused when things get busy or don’t go to plan
- Feel confident following up leads, asking the right questions, and explaining membership options
- Are naturally organised and comfortable balancing admin tasks with people-facing responsibilities
- Understand what makes a premium gym experience stand out and want to help deliver it
