About The Method:
At The Method Gym, every member matters. We go beyond standard workouts, combining the personal attention of 1:1 training with the atmosphere and intensity of group classes. Every session is carefully programmed daily to drive results and keep workouts fresh and engaging.We offer a wide range of training methods to help members achieve their goals, including:
- METHOD HIIT – High-intensity sessions mixing strength & cardio
- METHOD STRENGTH – Strength-focused classes to build muscle and power
- METHOD TORNADO – Variety-packed workouts featuring 40+ exercises
- Hyrox, Boxing and Yoga sessions as part of our extended timetable

Your Role:As a Fitness Instructor at The Method Gym, you’ll:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging group fitness classes
- Set up and clear the studio before/after sessions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Motivate and guide members throughout their sessions
- Assist with member retention through excellent service
- Help build a supportive, team-based training environment
- Help grow our community through joining our social and fitness events
We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification preferred
- Experience or interest in Hyrox or other fitness competitions a plus
- Passionate about functional fitness and helping people succeed
- Availability to work some mornings (generally 6-10:30am) and some weekends (flexible rota option available)
