Weâre on the hunt for a driven, passionate Club Manager to lead one of our UK clubs to success.
Your Mission:
As Club Manager, youâll be the heartbeat of your UBX club â leading from the front to deliver incredible member experiences, grow the clubâs community, and smash business targets. Youâll be responsible for sales, operations, and team performance, ensuring every round, every rep, and every interaction is world-class.
What Youâll Do:
- Lead your team to deliver an exceptional member experience every single day
- Drive membership growth through local marketing, social media, and outreach
- Create a strong, positive culture where members and staff thrive
- Manage budgets, operations, and performance targets
- Build lasting relationships with members, the UBX HQ team, and local communities
- Champion UBXâs values â energy, teamwork, and results
What Youâll Bring:
- 3+ years in a fitness leadership or management role (e.g. Assistant Manager, Fitness Manager, Group Fitness Manager)
- A proven track record in sales and customer service
- Strong people and communication skills â you love motivating others
- A deep passion for fitness and community
- Ideally Level 3 Personal Training certification and First Aid/CPR
- A handsâon, proactive attitude â youâre as comfortable leading a team meeting as you are helping on the gym floor
