Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day running of club facilities.
- Inspire and manage a team to drive high performance, deliver excellent customer service, and consistently go above and beyond.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, P&L and drive overall club performance.
- Maintain high standards of service and constantly deliver upon them.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experienced manager with a proven track record running a department or club.
- Strong understanding of service standards required for a successful fitness business.
- Background in high‑end club, fitness, or operations management and familiarity with high‑end facilities.
- Strong leadership and people‑motivation skills, able to inspire a team and roll up sleeves when needed.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
