We are looking for an outstanding assistant manager to work with a well-renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.

The Role

  • Day‑to‑day running of the club facilities, inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, providing excellent customer service, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver.
  • Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance.
  • The role has a strong focus on standards and levels of service, requiring a commitment to deliver.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the club.

  • Ability to roll up sleeves when needed and deliver results.
